      Rubidium standard was used as standard to determine content of different species of As, Sb, Se and Te at trace levels using Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).

      General description

      This certified reference material (CRM) is produced and certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO Guide 34. This CRM is traceable to SI unit kg and measured against NIST SRM.
      Certified content incl. uncertainty and expiry date are given on label. Information about trace impurities are stated in the enclosed certificate (available as download: http://www.sigma-aldrich.com).
